Three Requirements:

The financial criteria consider the total net worth of the veteran, the spouse, or the couple's combined net worth, which should be at most $ 150,538. Conversely, assets such as savings accounts, checking accounts, IRAs, stocks, and bonds are considered in the financial evaluation to determine eligibility for the program.
